As children, we spent so many vacation days at the North Sea. Mud fights in the mudflats, paper hats for sun protection, and of course, the matching paper boat. Our summers were so wonderful. Sailboats and lighthouses on the horizon still remind us of those wonderful times, and we are lucky to have the Elbe right at our doorstep.
